How IMED manages delivery
IMED establishes clear roles, work plans, decision points and reporting routines at the beginning. Delivery data is reviewed throughout implementation so the programme can respond to evidence while maintaining accountability to the approved objective and budget.

IMED has completed seven recorded programme-design and management assignments. Six are current or began from 2020 onward. Recent work includes Tanga Yetu, YEFFA, FEGGE, E4DT and DREEM 3.0, alongside earlier multi-year enterprise and market-development programmes.
