Business incubation is a holistic approach to enabling start-ups and accelerating the growth of small and medium enterprises. The Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development (IMED) invites innovation and entrepreneurship facilitators to a 4-day Regional
Business Incubator Management Workshop.

• Design a business incubator including, conducting a feasibility study, preparing a strategic business plan, and effective management.
• Market the incubator to both client businesses and stakeholders.
• Finance the incubator from multiple sources.
• Effectively manage the incubator processes and systems.
• Promote innovation and support scaling up.

550$ / Delegate: Covering tuition, training materials, lunch & tea, and an experiential field visit at a well-established and functional incubation center in Dar es Salaam
